Nature Connected
Psychotherapy

Children, Youth, & Adults

Nature Connected Psychotherapy  integrates evidence-informed psychotherapeutic approaches (e.g. CBT, mindfulness, somatic, and trauma-informed ) with nature-inspired strategies to support mental health, emotional regulation, and adaptive coping.

Therapy may involve direct or indirect contact with nature including outdoor sessions, animal-assisted interactions, nature-based imagery and metaphor, and immersive virtual experiences.

Healing in Connection

If you or your child are struggling with anxiety, overwhelm, low mood, grief, loneliness, or difficulty coping with life’s challenges, nature-connected psychotherapy can help.

People of all ages heal and grow in spaces where they feel safe, understood, and engaged. Through nature’s calming presence, meaningful metaphor, gentle reflection, and opportunities for connection with animals and the natural world, therapy becomes experiential, grounding, and deeply supportive. As individuals explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns — whether outdoors or in therapeutic spaces infused with nature — they restore a sense of safety and connection while deepening self-understanding, resilience, confidence, and belonging, one meaningful connection at a time.
